Get this: Our U.S. government has quietly been funding research into bird flu mutations. You know, the kind of bugs that kill people. Lots of people.

Death from on high and funded by your own tax dollars. And no, not from a predator drone either!

Government researchers have been using your tax dollars to genetically engineer a more deadly version of the bird flu that is unknown in nature – an airborne contagion, one that jumps easily from one human to another to another. In other words, it doesn’t require any physical contact or the exchange of body fluids to infect you.

A Case of Government Insanity 101

One Nobel Prize winning scientist who questions the wisdom of such research called it, “the most dangerous virus we can think of.” Others in the biomedical research field estimate that if the government-engineered virus was stolen or released through an accident, carelessness, or act of terror, hundreds of millions of people around the world could die.
But, but there’s a lot more to worry about than the virus being stolen from secure government labs.

Defying all logic and reason, government researchers actually plan to publish their work, so any well-funded terrorist with enough money and the right connections can just make the killer airborne virus on their own. One scientist in the field actually said the publication would be a “complete cookbook.”

Just How Crazy Are They?

So many things are wrong with this scenario it’s hard for me to know where to begin.

The U.S. government has no business funding research that poses such a huge risk. Heck, if some rogue foreign government even thought about engaging in such an endeavor, we’d probably drop a very large bomb on them in the name of saving humanity.

The attempted justification that this research might provide some benefit in finding a vaccine doesn’t hold water. Researchers can use the existing avian flu virus to engineer a vaccine. If that’s really the focal point of this research, then that’s what the researchers should have been working on… the vaccine. They should not have been producing ever deadlier, airborne mutations.
It’s only been a handful of years since the U.S. government’s anthrax “research” program got completely out of hand, resulting in the deaths of five innocent Americans at the hands of one warped civil servant, a career federal government worker employed at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases.

The situation with the avian flu is complicated by the fact that, though the funding comes from U.S. taxpayers, the research isn’t even taking place in the U.S. That means that we have less say in the level of oversight or security surrounding the research.

We’ve no idea what safety precautions researchers are taking to keep the virus from falling into the wrong hands. Obviously, if they’re willing to share the methods they used to engineer the airborne version, they must be okay with such a deadly agent getting into the wrong hands.

This particular research is taking place in the Netherlands. There could be even more such projects underway that have yet to come to light. It’s all the more problematic because a growing contingent of extremists with a pointed dislike for the United States (and Western culture in general) lives in the Netherlands and other Western nations once friendly to the U.S. This has all the makings of a great suspense novel… unfortunately this is real life and our government is putting real people’s lives at risk with this research.

Bird Flu Pandemic in the News Again

While safety breaches at top level bioweapons labs are occurring, we’re also hearing renewed fears about the H5N1, aka “bird flu,” and its potential to cause widespread death and destruction, and the need to stock up on pandemic vaccines. Perhaps if they stopped having so many top level biolab “accidents” we wouldn’t have to fear such lab-created killers… These renewed calls for fast-tracked pandemic bird flu vaccines are no doubt in response to the publication of two studies detailing the successful mutation of the H5N1 virus into a more virulent, and airborne, strain. Both studies were published in the June 22 issue of the journal Science.

According to USA Today

“Knowing that the H5N1 bird flu can mutate into a form that can be easily transmitted, researchers have redoubled efforts to quickly create a vaccine should a pandemic strain emerge. The good news is that there now exists technology that makes creating vaccines much faster than in the past, says Rino Rappuoli, global head of vaccines research for Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, in Siena, Italy.

Patriots, of course it’s a NO brainer. One wants America to be America Again and the other is a plain out rabid liberal.

Brown has positioned himself as a conservative counterweight to Massachusetts’ previously all-Democratic, 12-member congressional delegation. He describes himself as socially moderate and fiscally conservative. He identifies himself as a “Reagan Republican”. He has said, “I’m going to be the only person down there who is going to be the independent voter and thinker… I’ve always been the underdog in one shape or form.”

JUST released…

Being Warren has constantly in the news, there is little to say about her but the following is important to have in your face:

She has FAILED as an American bankruptcy law expert, unless of course this is done by Obama design. Teaches at the most liberal university in the country that produces all good little socialists. She was head of TARP oversight.

Obama echoed Elizabeth Warren speech:

Yes she said it First!

Politico

Harvard Law Professor Elizabeth Warren. Enough said.

“There is nobody in this country who got rich on his own. Nobody. You built a factory out there – good for you. But I want to be clear. You moved your goods to market on the roads the rest of us paid for. You hired workers the rest of us paid to educate. You were safe in your factory because of police forces and fire forces that the rest of us paid for. You didn’t have to worry that marauding bands would come and seize everything at your factory… Now look. You built a factory and it turned into something terrific or a great idea – God Bless! Keep a Big Hunk of it. But part of the underlying social contract is you take a hunk of that and pay forward for the next kid who comes along.” – Elizabeth Warren

Obama & Elizabeth Warren’s “You Didn’t Build That” Speech Came from a Leftist Berkeley Professor!

Welcome to Obama’s radical world of academia, Marxist, community organizing & the collective mentality, where anything you’ve ever worked for, earned or own, is not really yours… It belongs to the bloated, over regulating & all intrusive federal government and your wealth needs to be confiscated & spread around for the better of society, because the left says so!

Here is what the bloated professor (who looks like he’s never missed a meal) is missing. The advantages of a capitalist system, where individual rights are upheld, is that men can survive better by cooperating with each other FREELY. Each man does what he does best, and they then trade their goods and services with each other thus making everyone richer. This only works when men are free and don’t steal from each other. It only works when rights are upheld. And, by the way, it is MORALLY necessary to leave men free. – by Truthseeker2112

Get an idea of Warren’s ideology HERE: The Little Blue Book: The Essential Guide to Thinking and Talking Democratic, by George Lakoff and Elisabeth Wehling

Lakoff’s writings and theories seek to transform progressive politics and he is a frequent speaker on how progressives can reframe the political debate. Lakoff developed a linguistic narrative that progressives needed to counter conservatives by focusing on the role of government in enabling individual success, a narrative in which no person became successful on his or her own.

From the Daily Kos How Elizabeth Warren Relates to George Lakoff and “Progressive Nationalism”

This rehashed “We know better than you” elitism of Elizabeth Warren and Barack Obama is a scripted 60′s radical narrative of the progressive movement which seeks to realign our individual-centered political dialogue around the individual’s indebtedness to the government and really is nothing new. It’s called Socialism and it’s failed miserably wherever it’s been attempted. But then again, the left over 60′s radicals have always felt if they could just control all the money, just Imagine what a perfect world it would be! No thanks!

NOTE:

* Two weeks ago she was outed as not being a minority Native American. This week she’s been outed again for claiming something that could never be substantiated. She claims to be the first women in New Jersey to have taken the Bar Exam while nursing a child. It seems there are no records kept since 1895 when women started taking the Bar in New Jersey, convenient, huh?? This woman is one big fraud, sound familiar?

* If there were a Senate seat for Hollywood then Elizabeth Warren would be the first to sign up.

The Harvard law professor who is running against Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown has received tens of thousands of dollars from some of the biggest names in show business. In fact over the last three months more than a dozen stars have come out in support of Warren – and opened their wallets too. She has reportedly bought the fund-raising list used by Hillary Rodham Clinton, which helped her in her Senate and presidential campaigns.

* Heaven help us. Heaven help Scott Brown. A real live Statist is running for Senate against Scott Brown.

* Democrats are digging in after the “you didn’t build that” backlash, tapping the firebrand Harvard professor credited with crafting that business-government rhetoric for a plum speaking spot at the party’s national convention in early September.

* From liberal Vanity Fair last November: The Woman Who Knew Too Much

You get the idea, maybe things you didn’t know about her that will help those in Massachusetts come to the right decision. Vote to Reelect Scott Brown! ! JP

We NEED the Senate Patriots! I will continue until November to cover these races.

Right now our candidate in Indiana has a slim lead, let’s give him a substantial lead:

Richard Mourdock

The U.S. Senate race in Indiana remains a dead heat between Democratic Congressman Joe Donnelly and Tea Party-backed State Treasurer Richard Mourdock.

The latest Rasmussen ReportsT telephone survey of Likely Voters in the Hoosier State finds Mourdock earning 42% of the vote, while Donnelly draws support from 40%. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate in the race, but another 15% are still undecided.

Questions – Indiana Senate

First, more about Tea Party choice Richard Mourdock.

We need leaders like him and Scott Walker of Wisconsin and this is why:

Richard Mourdock has served as Indiana’s State Treasurer since 2007. He was most recently re-elected to that position in 2010 with over 62% of the vote.

As Treasurer, Richard has been an integral part of the state’s fiscal health, helping to keep the state’s budget balanced. Richard’s leadership has earned over $1.3 billion in investment income for taxpayers and successfully expanded the state’s college savings plan. At the same time, his office has returned an average of 10% of his budget back to the Treasury each year.

Prior to his election as State Treasurer, Richard had a successful 30 year career in the private sector, managing businesses in the Hoosier energy, environmental and construction industries. Richard understands that the way to get our economy working again is to reduce the tax and regulatory burden placed on the private sector, especially small businesses.

Mourdock and Romney have the experience to change Washington. Evansville, Indiana (CNN) Mitt Romney will likely win Indiana in November but Saturday he visited the Hoosier state to help the U.S. Senate campaign of Republican Richard Mourdock. With fewer than 100 days to go until the election, Romney has been campaigning primarily in key battleground states. In Indiana, his party risks losing a safe Republican Senate seat after Richard Lugar, Indiana’s longest-serving senator, was defeated in the primary by tea party-backed candidate Mourdock, who will face Democratic Rep. Joe Donnelly in November.

Romney cast himself and Mourdock as Washington outsiders.

The slightly liberal bantering of insulting Mourdock because he sued to stop the auto bailout and advises Romney made an error camPAINING for him. Mitt Romney also opposed the bailout. John Presta of the Examiner crucified him as having ‘extreme views.’ My kind of candidate :) John goes onto to light him up on his assault on entitlements such as Social Security and Medicare. And the problem is?! Check out this liberal spin:

“Nowhere is the word entitlement present (the US Constitution) in the enumerated powers,” Mourdock is fond of saying. If Mourdock has it his way, the American people would be on their own.

Understandable why he is the Tea Party choice being we are of smaller government.

“Choice,” contrasts the failed economic record of Congressman Joe Donnelly and President Obama with Mourdock’s commitment to reduce federal spending and grow the economy.

The differences between Congressman Joe Donnelly and Richard Mourdock about jobs couldn’t be clearer.

Reid and Donnelly are butt buddies:

Congressman Joe Donnelly believes in the Obama Path: more government spending and higher taxes. Congressman Joe Donnelly’s ever changing position regarding taxes for individuals and small businesses with his vote yesterday in the U.S. House.

“Yesterday, Congressman Joe Donnelly continued his record of voting all ‘over the map’ on the critical issue of keeping taxes low to help Hoosier working families and create jobs through small business growth.

Donnelly has served in a liberal Congress since 2006. He ran a campaign for Indiana Attorney General in 1988, but lost at the Democratic state convention. He also ran an unsuccessful campaign for the Indiana State Senate in 1990. He claims to be part of the Blue Dog Coalition, which surprises me being he canoodles with Harry. Being he is a Catholic interesting to say his stance on OBAMATax.

On the Health care TAX:

Donnelly strongly supports expanding health care so it covers a greater number of people. Because many are losing their insurance as a result of losing their jobs, or because their small business cannot afford to provide workers with health care, Donnelly suggests revising the health care plan so that all Americans are covered, as opposed to the 46 million that are currently uninsured.[48] On March 21, 2010, Joe Donnelly voted in favor of approving the Senate version of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

~ And the absence of this acknowledgement in a few hours of research shows me that Joe is no Blue Dog Democrat. He does not align with the Catholic Archdiocese on the contraception and abortion issue but throwing his support on ObamaTax.

He replied yes to supporting a publicly-administered health insurance option. He refused to address this issue directly, but Project Vote Smart inferred this issue position based on the candidate’s public statements, voting record, and evaluations from special interest groups. As he also did on being Pro-Life. He is a confused Catholic for sure. Didn’t have th moxy to to address this issue directly.

His Progressive Action Score is 24 out of 100, meaning he has positively acted to support 24% of a slate of progressive policies in the 111th Congress. He is being pushed by the Daily Kos. I leave you with his voting record which shows yet the confusion on his stance on abortion. He supported federal abortion funding. (Aug 2010) and then JUST the month before (Jul 2010) on barring funding for abortion under federal Obamacare plans.

So Hoosiers, there is only ONE choice, please share this post to those that are considering voting for Donnelly? ~ JP
