Dems find nothing in last two years of Romney’s tax returns, so demand more? Hope the Governor leads on this, and tells them to go to hell.
~ I waited all day for this and I want to thank RightSpeakVideo for posting the entire Bowling Green, Ohio. Romney was Stellar and I am now excited to vote him in:
from the Daily Bret Blog
Bowling Green, Ohio— Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney continued his attack on President Barack Obama’s economic principles during a campaign stop Wednesday, citing a recent report the president hasn’t met with his jobs council in the past six months.
Speaking at a town hall meeting at the Bowling Green Community Center with a large “Believe in America” sign behind the speaking floor, Romney also praised the Republican governors of Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin and other states, saying they’ve helped to begin the transformation of the country.
“They’re doing the right things, and it’s making a difference,” Romney said. “It’s time to have the principles you’re seeing here applied in Washington.”
During the question and answer segment of the event, one woman asked that Romney keep “an ear to the tea party” and choose a conservative running mate.
He repeatedly said he will lower taxes for small businesses and praised several members of the crowd who started their business. Some in the crowd held up signs that read, “I opened my own business,” and, “I created my own business, not the gov’t.”
“When people need good jobs, you would think the president would focus all of his energy and his passion on helping people get jobs,” said Romney, adding Obama has held more than 100 fundraisers the past six months and hasn’t met with his job council once in that time. “It makes it very clear where his priorities are. His priority is not creating jobs for you. His priority is keeping his own job, and that’s why he’s going to lose it.”
“We’re a united nation. (Obama) divides us,” Romney said. “He tries to diminish those who have been successful.”
Romney also used the speech echo points he made in a recent advertisement, criticizing the Obama administration’s decision to loan $529 million to Fisker, an electric vehicle startup, and $535 million to Solyndra LLC, a solar panel startup. One of Romney’s plans for energy, he said, is to “build that Keystone pipeline if I have to build it myself.”

BOWLING GREEN — An exuberant Mitt Romney rallied a crowd of supporters against what he said was a President who doesn’t respect personal success during his first campaign trip to northwest Ohio since the Republican primary season.
JUST yesterday in Irwin, PA:
In speeches from Des Moines to Dallas, Romney has always been careful to hedge his tough digs at Obama. But Tuesday’s speech included no such hedge.
Advisors Speak: “But I think the governor himself believes this latest round of attacks that have impugned his integrity and accused him of being a felon go so far beyond that pale that he’s really disappointed. He believes it’s time to vet the president. He really hasn’t been vetted; McCain didn’t do it.” Indeed, facing what the candidate and his aides believe to be a series of surprisingly ruthless, unfounded, and unfair attacks from the Obama campaign on Romney’s finances and business record, the Republican’s campaign is now prepared to go eye for an eye in an intense, no-holds-barred act of political reprisal, said two Romney advisers who spoke on condition of anonymity.
~ The above ad and this one sure are hard hitting…
President Obama’s time in office has been marked by political payoffs to the donor class and layoffs for the middle class. He showered his friends with stimulus funds and sent millions of taxpayer dollars overseas. If we can’t trust him with our money, why should we trust him for another four years?
Romney goes on offense…
