Sean Hannity dedicated a segment today to his theory that First Lady Michelle Obama is making subconscious connections between her husband and Jesus. In a segment where Hannity read out a segment of the Bible that reminded him of the First Lady’s words, panelist Michelle Malkin took the opportunity to give Romney some campaign advice: stop calling President Obama a “nice guy.”

Michelle Tells it like IT IS!

“Is this the same Obama that was supposed to slow the rise of the oceans and heal the planet?” Hannity asked facetiously. Malkin replied in kind. “It won’t be long under the slavering sycophants in the drool bucket media bring back the halo.. every campaign picture of Obama in the campaign 2008 he was permanently enshrined in this glow– ‘Glowbama.’” “Michelle Obama could tell all the amazing stories that she wants,” Malkin concluded, “but she is not going to be able to rewrite the sordid history of the last four years.”

Hannity then turned to his other panelist, Tamara Holder, talking about the debt problems and the economy and asking, “Do you think this deserves comparisons to Jesus?” “That’s a little bit of a stretch in your own right… the average person does not really understand that this enormous debt you continue to talk about,” she replied, before being interrupted with Hannity arguing that it is not a stretch. He then turned once again to Malkin, who objected to Holder arguing that “the average person doesn’t understand.” “The average person isn’t so excited about Mitt Romney,” Holder replied. Hannity interrupted to toss the ball back to Malkin, who had some advice to Romney:

“[The claim]] that somehow Obama is more likable than any Republicans, and somehow he is a nice guy– I hate hearing this from Mitt Romney, he’s got to get this talking point out of his mouth. Barack Obama is not a nice guy. He has dealed [sic] brutally with the right– with people like Paul Ryan and brave Republicans that have been calling him to the carpet on this disgusting culture of corruption.”

Hannity concluded asking Holder to point out one segment of the country that has benefited from the President. Holder argued that unemployment was down, but was swiftly cut off. “I don’t understand why you have me on the show, and you don’t have to like what I say, but you’re fine with Michelle and everybody talking their conservative flowery talking points but you don’t let me finish what I want.” “You can get emotional as you want,” Hannity retorted, and as Holder continued to try to talk, Malkin feigned pain in her ears from someone else’s yelling.

For the first time since President Obama issued a controversial order halting its progress, the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline is once again on track for bureaucratic review after TransCanada submitted a new route through Nebraska designed to avoid environmentally sensitive areas.

The new plan, which TransCanada submitted to the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality on Wednesday, takes the Keystone project out of the deep freeze that began in January when Obama agreed with the recommendation of the State Department to reject the initial pipeline application.

This new development, first reported by Fox News, allows Nebraska officials to review the impact of the pipeline’s adjusted route. It also opens the door for the pipeline’s builder, TransCanada, to submit a new complete proposal covering the entire length of the pipeline to the State Department for its review.

That federal approval is necessary because the pipeline, which will originate in Alberta, Canada, must cross the border for oil to reach gulf coast refineries.

The House on Wednesday approved a Republican bill aimed at keeping alive prospects for enacting an overhaul of federal transportation programs and continuing the flow of highway and transit aid to states.

The bill would also allow the Keystone XL pipeline to proceed. The pipeline, which would transport oil produced from Canadian tar sands to Port Arthur, Texas, was previously blocked by President Barack Obama. The White House has threatened to veto the GOP bill, which it says bypasses longstanding practices for the approval of cross-border pipelines. The veto statement noted that a final pipeline route has yet to be decided.

The bill, passed by a 293 to 127 vote, technically extends the government’s authority to spend money from the federal Highway Trust Fund through Sept. 30. That authority now is due to expire on June 30. But the real intent of the measure is to provide a parliamentary rationale for formal negotiations with the Senate on a more comprehensive transportation plan. Both parties have made passage of a transportation bill their top job-creation priority for the year.

Senate Republicans will join a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of President Obama’s recess appointments to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

Miguel Estrada, a one-time GOP nominee to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, will write an amicus brief on behalf of the Senate Republicans.

The case is Noel Canning v. NLRB in Washington state. The labor agency ordered the canning company to engage in collective bargaining, according to a senior Senate aide.

The plaintiffs contend the order is not lawful because the members of the board were recess-appointed, even though the Senate had scheduled frequent pro-forma sessions to block such presidential action.

The Hill

“Appointing three of five members to the NLRB in a legally questionable way casts doubt on the work of the entire agency,” said Thomas Donohue, president and chief executive of the Chamber.

~ What amazes me is the dem underground & progressive sites are posting this story. So all we have is that slant and rhetoric. Being Jay Sekulow was interviewed by Megyn Kelly, which btw has yet to be posted on FOX, I will be in touch with him to get this interview so it can be posted here.

As I was posting this Jay has responded:

Jay Sekulow on Fox News discusses Obama facing a lawsuit over his controversial “recess” appointments. The President cannot by law make an appointment when the Senate is in session. The court will decide what happens to the appointments. FRESH interview with a handful of views, so here you go…Thank you for the rapid response Jay!

In a double-barrelled blast at President Obama, Senate Republicans today moved to join a lawsuit challenging the White House’s Christmas “recess appointment” of National Labor Relations Board members even though the Senate was technically in session. To handle their case, they hired Miguel Estrada, who in 2002 became the first-ever judicial nominee to be torpedoed by a Democratic filibuster.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said that his side would join a suit brought by Noel Canning, a family-owned business in Washington State that bottles and distributes soft drinks. The company is challenging the NLRB’s determination that it must enter into a collective bargaining agreement with a labor union.

“The president’s decision to circumvent the American people by installing his appointees at a powerful federal agency, when the Senate was not in recess, and without obtaining the advice and consent of the Senate, is an unprecedented power grab,” McConnell said. “We will demonstrate to the court how the president’s unconstitutional actions fundamentally endanger the Congress’s role in providing a check on the excesses of the executive branch.”

Background: Half the Democrats in Congress Are Communists

and they are…all you have to do do is type keyword Socialist in our search to see or go to the category. I have been researching this since the Clinton era and it is long established that Communism has thrived in the WH! You have to be living under a rock or hiding your head in the sand NOT to see it. JUST click image for a real education to back Allen West up…

Allen West: No Regrets in Calling Dems Communists

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Congressman Allen West on Tuesday refused to back away from earlier remarks to constituents in Florida that dozens of Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives were communists.

The freshman Republican who is backed by conservative Tea Party activists was asked at a forum whether he had second thoughts about calling the 78 members of the House Progressive Caucus communists.

“I don’t regret it whatsoever,” said West, who is facing a tough race for re-election in November.

“There is a very thin line between communism, progressivism, Marxism, Socialism … it’s about nationalizing production, it’s about creating and expanding the welfare state. It’s about this idea of social and economic justice,” said the retired military officer.

Must Read what Allen is talking about: Progressive Movement and the Transformation of American Politics

THE MARXIST ROOTS OF OBAMA’S RAGE Parts I & II

Ever since Rep. Allen West showed the courage of his convictions and called out the Congressional Progressive Caucus for the communist sympathizers they are, the mainstream media has bent over backwards to compare this American hero to the witch hunts of the McCarthy era. The message from the left is clear: calling communists communists is unacceptable. Speaking the truth is unacceptable. This, ladies and gentlemen, is how the left controls the media narrative.

Let’s look at the facts:

* In a 2010 piece at the Communist Party USA website, a writer argued “the CPUSA has worked to get Democrats elected, fought for health care reform with the public option, and embraced most of what organized labor has been doing.”

* In the same piece, the CPUSA author wrote “If there were a bigger Communist Party, even of just 10,000 members, we would likely have seen health care reform pass much easier. We would likely see the Employee Free Choice Act passing soon, and so on. Building these struggles is the best way to build the party, and, conversely, building the party is the best way to build these struggles forward, past the 2010 elections and towards an anti-corporate fight.”

* In another 2010 piece, the CPUSA noted “having more comrades in decision-making roles under the Democratic Party opens the door to increasing our effectiveness and influences within that party.”

* In the same piece, the CPUSA made the case that “After the incredible movement to elect Barack Obama, more far-reaching solutions and socialism in particular are back at the dinner table for discussion… opportunities for increasing our base quantitatively and qualitatively have increased ten-fold.”

* Finally, the CPUSA finishes the thought: “Currently, the conditions rarely if ever allow us to run open Communists for office. When members do run for office, it is within the auspices of the Democratic Party. Otherwise, we find ourselves supporting progressive (and in some instances not-so-progressive) Democratic candidates. Despite how much many of us would love to run comrades for office as Communists, we all agree that this is how we currently have to function in this political climate.”

In short, there is no question but that the forces of Communism in this country have chosen to use the Democrat party, particularly the Progressive Caucus, to advance their anti-capitalist agenda. And by attempting to silence Rep. West’s bold statement of the clear truth, the media exposes its own preference for the communist agenda.

George Orwell once said “During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.” If you support capitalism, free markets and the opportunities that made this country great, please stand with Rep. West and the truth.

William Brewster died APRIL 18, 1644.

His position as a leader of the Pilgrim church in England led to his capture and imprisonment.

Fleeing to Holland, Brewster later sailed with the Pilgrims to America, signed the Mayflower Compact and was elected an elder.

Governor William Bradford wrote of William Brewster:

“(In England) on the Lord’s day they generally met at his house, which was a manor…and he entertained them with great kindness…providing for them at heavy expense to himself.

He was the leader of those who were captured in Lincolnshire, suffering the greatest loss, and was one of the seven who were kept longest in prison and afterwards bound over to the assizes.

After he came to Holland he suffered much hardship, having spent most of his means…

Towards the latter part of those twelve years spent in Holland, his circumstances improved…for through his knowledge of Latin he was able to teach many foreign students English.”

Bradford continued to say of William Brewster:

“He labored in the fields as long as he was able; yet when the church had no other minister he taught twice every Sabbath, and that both powerfully and profitably, to the great edification and comfort of his hearers, many being brought to God by his ministry.”
