punk

~ This guy is a bonafide PUNK! A Liar with an anger management issue. A drinking problem, probably alcoholism. Arrogant & stupid! Listen to his idiocy. Look at the stupid smirk on his idiot girlfriends face. This case has me fuming! He is all over the news today looking like an absolute moron! ~ JP

There were DOZENS of witnesses. DOZENS! The sheriff himself reported how this creature was abusive, slapping his son for crying. Then forewarned him he would throw him overboard if he didn’t stop crying! PREMEDITATION. He then dives in BUT the catch is the son had already been rescued. Did he jump in because the witnesses were incensed & about to pummel him? Or was it a moment of sobriety & he thought ‘Uh-Oh’ I’m in deep dudu?

Sloane Briles, 35, of Irvine, California, has been charged with felony child endangerment and resisting arrest, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said. He was released Monday in lieu of a $100,000 bond.

WHO posted this joker’s 100K bond?!

To make matters worse, the child was not an expert swimmer according to The Blaze. The boy and his brother were returned to their mother’s care.

A number of things could have gone wrong & thank God this child is alright. Hopefully he will not be allowed visitation to these boys. It better be supervised. Being he is playing this off with lies, he sure is not going to admit he has several problems. So therefore will not lift a finger to seek help he feels he does not need. I will keep an eye on this yo-yo, stay tuned…~ JP

~ Time for the Tea Party to fight back against these liberal thugs! ~JP

Democratic Rep. Andre Carson told a Miami crowd last week that the Tea Party movement would “love” to see black Americans “hanging on a tree.”

The comment is the latest charged remark made by a member of the Congressional Black Caucus as lawmakers tour the country talking about jobs. Carson, D-Ind., lamented at the event that the Tea Party was stopping “change,” in an effort he said was reminiscent of the “Jim Crow” era.

“Some of these folks in Congress right now would love to see us as second-class citizens,” he said. “Some of them in Congress right now with this Tea Party movement would love to see you and me … hanging on a tree.”

The remarks were captured in a recording posted on YouTube. Carson spokesman Jason Tomcsi confirmed the congressman made the comment at a CBC jobs event — he said Carson was prompted by “the frustration” voiced by people about the inability of Congress to lift up the economy.

“He believes that members of the Tea Party are ones that are standing in the way,” Tomcsi told FoxNews “He used the strong language because he believes that that agenda jeopardizes the most vulnerable.”

The Tea Party Patriots, in response, called on the congressman to “immediately resign” over the remarks.

“This type of disgusting, hateful rhetoric has no place in our political discourse. At a minimum, he should be removed from leadership in the Congressional Black Caucus, and censured by his colleagues,” said Mark Meckler and Jenny Beth Martin, who head the national Tea Party group.

The remark also drew a rebuke from Rep. Allen West, R-Fla., the only black Republican in the Congressional Black Caucus, who said he’s thinking about “reconsidering” his membership in the body in light of such comments.

“I think we should move away from using that type of language,” West told Fox News, calling the remarks “reprehensible.” He said some lawmakers are using the Tea Party as a “scapegoat” for broader problems.

This month, CBC member Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., also told a crowd that the “Tea Party can go straight to hell.”

scream act

Charles Krauthammer alleges that the president and his administration are trying to transform America by using business regulations. He said, “The president’s never made a secret of his desire to change America, that’s what he campaigned on and that’s what he did at the beginning of his presidency. He’s already changed it radically through legal means through Obamacare, but when he doesn’t succeed in Congress, he goes under the radar.”

Krauthammer provided examples including the DREAM Act which says that if you were brought here by illegal parents, and you meet certain criteria, you get amnesty. Congress rejected the act, so Obama’s Department of Homeland Security issued regulations which essentially enact the DREAM Act.

He also outlined Cap & Trade, which he describes as a way to regulate the emission of carbon and shut down the coal industry. The last Congress, which was controlled by Dems, utterly rejected it. The administration is now issuing regulations that will essentially shut down about 10% of coal generating electricity in the U.S.

Krauthammer reiterated that under the Constitution, the executive executes the laws that Congress has passed and should not be executing laws that Congress has rejected.

…passed by states including Texas, Alabama, Kansas, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Rhode Island. Their complaint? That requiring someone to authenticate his or her identity at the polling place amounts to racial discrimination.

The Heritage Foundation’s Hans Von Spakovsky writes in this week’s National Review that, in truth, the vast majority of Americans of all racial and ethnic backgrounds support voter-ID laws. And he breaks apart liberals’ arguments against the requirements:

Once you get past the race-baiting, you will find that opponents of voter ID generally rely on two arguments, equally specious: 1) There is no need for photo ID, because there is no voter fraud in the United States; 2) This is a deliberate effort to suppress the turnout of minority voters, who often don’t have photo ID. Liberals keep repeating these false claims despite the fact that they have been disproved both in the courtroom and at the polling place.

The claim that there is no voter fraud in the U.S. is patently ridiculous, given our rich and unfortunate history of it. As the U.S. Supreme Court said when it upheld Indiana’s photo-ID law in 2008, “Flagrant examples of such fraud . . . have been documented throughout this Nation’s history by respected historians and journalists.” The liberal groups that fought Indiana’s law didn’t have much luck with liberal justice John Paul Stevens, who wrote the 6–3 decision. Before being named to the Supreme Court, Justice Stevens practiced law in Chicago, a hotbed of electoral malfeasance . . .

Election data in Georgia demonstrate that concern about a negative effect on the Democratic or minority vote is baseless. Turnout there increased more dramatically in 2008 — the first presidential election held after the state’s photo-ID law went into effect — than it did in states without photo ID. Georgia had a record turnout in 2008, the largest in its history — nearly 4 million voters. And Democratic turnout was up an astonishing 6.1 percentage points from the 2004 election, the fourth-largest increase of any state.

The black share of the statewide vote increased from 25 percent in 2004 to 30 percent in 2008, according to the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies. According to Census Bureau surveys, 65 percent of the black voting-age population voted in the 2008 election, compared with only 54.4 percent in 2004, an increase of more than ten percentage points.

By Warner Todd Huston

Why is it that every time we meet yet another socialist-loving, left-winger he ends up being an utter hypocrite? This time it’s tax-whiner — and now known tax shirker — Warren Buffet, the investment giant that has been telling anyone that will listen that “the rich” don’t pay enough in taxes.

Well, apparently, he’s right, the rich don’t pay enough in taxes. Well, not in general, just in his specific case, anyway. The New York Post has discovered that his famous company, Berkshire Hathaway, has unpaid back taxes going back to 2002 and have even more recent taxes left unpaid.

This cretin has been going around in his Obama-infused stupor insisting that “the rich” need to be destroyed because they don’t pay enough taxes, and he, himself hasn’t even paid what he owes?

That takes a lot of gall, doesn’t it? Whining for more of Obama’s onerous tax schemes when he hasn’t even paid what he owes in the first place!

The Post goes on to lay out that Buffet’s original claim that “the rich” don’t pay enough taxes is a misleading pile of garbage, too, but the fact that he hasn’t even paid what he owes is just unbelievable.

Yeah, why we have here is yet one more liar supporting Obama. It really is unbelievable. Obama’s entire administration is filled with tax cheats!
