~ I have NO words for Dr. Bock except let me introduce you to Dr. Spitz…

~ When she said this to Jeff well, after the ‘coyote’ remark, he said No More Questions. It was absolutely amateur & ludicrous what she said!

She dohs this out @ appox. 4:15 & Jee is dumbfounded, stutter’s “a Dog, a dog?!” increduously..

Defense Witness Backfires, Baez Sanctioned

~ As asinine as these so-called experts are, I am believing more & more that Baez is ‘throwing’ this case intentionally. How can any lawyer be so stupid otherwise?

She said that the remains could have been placed at the scene from as little as two weeks before the discovery, due to “the pattern of the leaf litter”. In spite of her impressive academic qualifications and CV, State Attorney Jeff Ashton was not impressed with her claim that roots could have grown through the bones of Caylee’s skeleton in such a short period of time. It remains to be seen if any member of the jury was impressed with her reluctance to budge from this position. Her last answer to a question from Ashton after redirect was that a dog could have buried one of the bones that was found underneath four inches of leaves.

Casey Anthony’s jailhouse letters released: MyFoxORLANDO.com

Updated: Tuesday, 14 Jun 2011

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) – We are getting our first look at some jailhouse letters written by Casey Anthony and sent to other inmates.

Anthony wrote roughly 50 letters to another inmate in the Orange County Jail. Her defense chose not to fight the release of the documents.

The hundreds of pages of letters do not contain a confession, but Anthony frequently complained about her family in the letters she wrote to a female drug dealer she befriended at the Orange County Jail. Anthony also wrote of her profound dislike of her former boyfriend, Jesse Grund, indicating that she was relieved when he informed her that DNA tests proved he wasn’t her daughter’s father.

What exactly was Adams’ motivation for communicating with Casey is unknown, but excerpts from letters written by Adams to a person outside the jail may shed some light:

“Today the C.O. found a letter that I had written to Casey and I got into a lot of trouble so this will surely be the last of the letters that I receive from her, unless it is by mail when I move to the new place as I promised her that I would write.” Adams goes on to say, “I have to get rid of these notes from Casey so she doesn’t get in trouble too. Do you think one day they’ll be worth anything? Maybe a spot on the ‘Today’ show or ‘Oprah’ if anything comes of it. Who knows? I am her only friend here, but that might be like betrayal, and I don’t want that!”

In one excerpt, Casey elaborates on a paternity test she had taken to determine the true father of Caylee Marie.

“Our ‘exes’ sure are winners aren’t they! At least I know, well am 99 % sure, that Cays isn’t Jesse’s. We had a paternity test done when she was a couple weeks old, and it took forever to get the results back which I’ve been told shouldn’t have been the case … and according to the paper he brought to my house in late Sept. 05, Jesse wasn’t the father. Joy to the world! The strange thing is, Baez asked for him to give a sample of his DNA, and he refused! We wanted to see whether or not the test results from 4 years ago were true. Drama. I despise that loser and I pity him and his self-righteous Christian family. His dad claim’s to be the right hand of God. Hate to burst his bubble, but Jesus sits there. I totally know what you went through with Sam’s dad. Same exact feelings J’s dad had towards me. And no, they aren’t Spanish. Something almost worst- Italian. I’ve always like Italian guys, but I’ve come to realize that I need to stick to my roots and go Irish. They may be drunks, but at least they cook and know how to properly treat a woman. Can I get an Amen?”

Casey alludes to dreams which believes is related to anxiety with her parents:

“Over the past few months, I’ve been having really vivid dreams, and it’s obvious that they are dreams of things that have already happened. I think my Dad used to do the same thing to me but when I was much younger. I can see him in my room exactly the way it was when I was in elementary school, and everything gets fuzzy. But I wake up feeling both sore and sick to my stomach, the way I used to feel growing up. That’s part of the reason I haven’t been sleeping much or very well lately. Maybe that’s part of the reason why I have so much anxiety with my parents.”

Casey mentions Zenaida Gonzalez, the nanny she claimed took Caylee, but appears to contradict her accusations in this excerpt:

“You want to know something, I know that Caylee’s nanny, the real Zenaida, the girl who was my friend for 4 years, I know in my heart that she’s not responsible. And I don’t blame her for not sharing her face. Would you want to be sitting here with me for something you didn’t do? But outside of myself and my legal team, not a soul knows this. I was going to take Caylee and move away. Unfortunately, my plans got beyond tangled when Zany wouldn’t tell me where she and Cays were. I has asked her to take Cays for a few days so I could put the rest of our stuff together, money I had saved new clothes, new everything. That’s why I waited to report her missing, because she was and wasn’t. I would give anything to go back to that day and to not have let Caylee out of my sight.”

Of Caylee, she writes:

“In a lot of ways, I’m content by the fact that she will never have to have her heart broken, or see the constant negativity that out society breeds, no will she ever be abused or taken advantage of.”

~ What it all amounts to IMO is how can anyone not see Casey not only wanted her freedom from Caylee, but she also wanted to take away the one Cindy loved most. Don’t forget Casey wanted her BFF to adopt Caylee. She was pregnant, she agreed to give up the baby to Kiomarie to adopt the baby…but Casey’s mom hated the idea and the plan was dropped. So if you still are on the fence about Casey’s innocence, read this entire post, the jail letters and the links, then tell me WHY you think she should be set free. ~ JP

Poking a huge hole in Spitz’s theory. The skull did not ‘need’ to be opened. It WAS translucent. Part of the evidence ‘hidden’ by Jose was that Caylee’s brain had turned to dust. Therefore the ‘matter’ Spitzy boy failed to examine could have easily been sediment. These black flecks were NEVER proven to be from Caylee. Spitz admitted this! Expert on Nancy Grace says the ONLY time it’s ‘protocol’ for the skull to be cut open is when there is a brain to observe! The ONLY evidence Caylee ‘drowned’ was yes, they in fact have a pool. Nancy feels JUST as I do about Spitz. ~JP
