U.S. Rep. King: ACLU calls the shots at the Justice Department
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CONTACT: John Kennedy
May 28, 2010 Office: 202.226.2384
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Steve King (R-IA) today called upon Attorney General Eric Holder to immediately make the DOJ’s “draft complaint” challenging Arizona’s immigration law public.
“President Obama has ordered Attorney General Eric Holder to use the Department of Justice in an attempt to invalidate Arizona’s illegal-immigration enforcement law,” said King.
“The ACLU, SEIU and the Muslim American Society are calling the shots at the Justice Department. The ‘draft complaint’ DOJ has prepared to challenge the Arizona law is a ‘cut & paste’ version of the class-action lawsuit the ACLU filed in United States District Court on May 17th.
No other conclusion could be reached unless Holder releases the Department’s ‘draft complaint.’ But when it becomes public, all of America will know what I know today. The ACLU and their radical affiliates are dictating the policy of the White House and the Department of Justice.”
Isn’t it amazing the things that our going on today around the world, but much more concerning are what’s happening right here in our own country? I look around me every day and see things taking place that are absolutely appalling to me in their nature. I can’t for the life of me figure out the thinking or the reasoning behind most any of this, besides that their ultimate goal must be the destruction of our system of government put in place so many years ago by our Founding fathers, through our constitution.
With this being said, could someone please explain to me…..
Fannie, Freddie, and the Housing Collapse
To many of you this may be old news, but understand there are millions of “clueless” still out there with virtually no knowledge of any of this. What you’re aware of yourselves is vital to be passed along to others, and please do so. But Fannie and Freddie are still pertinent in many ways to the economic struggle we’re faced with as a country and look to be for quite awhile still. So let’s take a quick look back at these two mortgage companies, their involvement in the housing collapse, and some of the main players involved then that are still involved in them today.
Why do we keep blaming big business, the banks, Wall Street and all the other “capitalist” companies as the trouble with our economic system and as being evil? I understand corruption and greed did indeed take place, and in turn, contributed heavily to the economic hardships we’ve been enduring for the past couple of years. Plus, how we’re “preached” too constantly of the CEO’s exuberant salaries and bonuses. I got that part.
But there’s little to no mention of the salaries and bonuses of Fannie and Freddie’s executives, or why we want to reform private companies while Fannie and Freddie continue operating as always, all the while operating by taxpayer bailout with no cap in place.
The top 4 recipients of money from Fannie Mae in order of cash magnitude were:
1. Sen. Christopher Dodd (D-CT), the Chairman of the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee;
2. Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL), a member of the Federal Financial Management Committee and now our president;
3. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee;
4. Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA), Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee.
Stay tuned later today or tomorrow for Part 1 of my expose, putting it all in one place for you…
January 24, 2010 — Barney Frank says now that he was never pushing for excessive homeownership, just renting homes, but now he is caught in his lies, as he pushed for home ownership.
In 2005, Frank said that there should be more homeownership and that there was no housing bubble. Now, look at the economy. Because of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac creating a bubble, under Barney Frank’s leadership, the economy is in recession.
September 26, 2008 — Democrats in their own words Covering up the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac Scam that caused our Economic Crisis.
At a 2004 hearing see Democrat after Democrat covering up and attacking the regulations to protect Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (their Cash Cows) that are now destroying our economy because the Democrats let them cheat.
A California congressman who called it an “impeachable” offense for the administration to offer Rep. Joe Sestak a job in exchange for his quitting a Senate bid said Sunday the cover-up, as usual, appears worse than the crime.
Republican Rep. Darrell Issa said the explanation for the Sestak affair — that former President Bill Clinton offered the Democratic congressman an unpaid position on an advisory board if he would drop his challenge against party-switching Pennsylvania Sen. Arlen Specter — is not plausible because as a sitting congressman Sestak couldn’t have served on a presidential commission.
“It’s a crime because they’ve admitted that they offered this position … So that begs the real question. Do we believe this is a further cover-up because he’s — they’re now talking about a job that President Clinton himself should have known Sestak couldn’t take? ” he said.
“They’re now coming up with a nonplausible answer,” Issa said.
On Friday, the White House revealed that Obama Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel had asked Clinton to talk to Sestak about a presidential appointment if Sestak would suspend his bid for the Democratic Senate nomination.
As you know, the Deep Water Horizon has exploded in the Gulf of Mexico. It has been spewing oil from a ruptured wellpipe for over a month.
BP and the US Government has said they are trying everything possible to stop that multi million gallon oil from continuing to flow into the Gulf.
I am about to dispute that claim and offer an expose’ as to why that story about them doing everything possible is a lie and a profitable enterprise to those who would make money from this disaster.
The Top Kill method was started and suspended several times. It was being attempted only half heartedly. The reason is, there is no money to be made with a solution that simple.
The real money is in the use of dispersements.
There is a company called NALCO. They make water purification systems and chemical dispersements.
NALCO is based in Chicago with subsidiaries in Brazil, Russia, India, China and Indonesia.
NALCO is associated with UChicago Argonne program. UChicago Argonne received $164 million dollars in stimulus funds this past year. UChicago Argonne just added two new executives to their roster. One from NALCO. The other from the Ill. Dept of Educaution.
If you dig a little deeper you will find NALCO is also associated with Warren Buffett, Maurice Strong, Al Gore, Soros, Apollo, Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Hathaway Berkshire.
Warren Buffet /Hathaway Berkshire increased their holdings in NALCO just last November. (Timing is everything).
The dispersement chemical is known as Corexit. What it does is hold the oil below the water’s surface. It is supposed to break up the spill into smaller pools. It is toxic and banned in Europe.
NALCO says they are using older and newer versions of Corexit in the Gulf.. (Why would you need a newer version, if the old one was fine?)
There is big money and even bigger players in this scam. While they are letting the oil blow wide open into the Gulf, the stakes and profit rise.
The Dolphins, Whales, Manatees, Sea Turtles and fish suffocate and die. The coastal regions, salt marshes, tourist attractions and the shore front properties are being destroyed, possibly permanently.The air quality is diminished. The Gulf of Mexico fishing industry is decimated.
All to create a need for their expensive and extremely profitable poison.
Some friends and I have compiled extensive articles and reports to support this claim.
